Day 8: La Playa
day off today, the last 4 guys come to join us. To take full advantage of our day rest, start to Sokcho: a city bordering the East Sea, which has 80 000 inhabitants about 50 km from the border with North Korea. The bus route speaks volumes about the political situation in the country with all the military bases that could be seen.
When we arrived, we discovered the markets along the water where the shellfish are in the spotlight. We begin to regret our first dinner of seafood and to put an image on the unidentified stuff that were in our base ... Yum!

After these surprising findings, we head towards Playa sy and go, we must take a ferry very special and we must take a cable with metal rods to the other side .... You can easily imagine the fun we had !!!!!
Delivered in Playa, we decided to dip the toes, but to our surprise, the waves are much more powerful than what we had imagined .... result: bikikis are either missing ... or filled with sand.
Before taking the bus por return to the hotel, we headed for the small commercent locals along the range that we can discover again and again ..... good look!
