To Build A Home Music Sheet Free

Hello everyone,

first day of competition today, and luckily not the last!
was the sprint this morning and head to head this afternoon. In the sprint, it was a good start, but two mistakes along the way that we are delayed enough to be finished ... 9th. Well, it was not as great journey, but it was not a disaster either. Great Britain won the sprint followed by Dutch and American women.
A long break during the afternoon, a good dinner of three bread underwater with either a slice of ham, a slice of cheese or a slice of salami entre chaque (on fait un sous-marin avec trois...) avant le head to head.
It has ensured that our exit was not good and slow. Here, the Dutch have caught and passed on the left. Woe ...
was not released until the end but unfortunately it was not enough.
It was not a dream day, but we see ahead. The championship is not finished and we learn a lot every day of the morphology of the river, very different from what we are accustomed. It is very intense as the route.
Slovaks eventually prevailed on the Russians (who really does love us not by the way). And Great Britain was third. We take it
relax at the hotel tonight, we think our lines slalom and we exchange a few ideas by playing UNO on the hotel terrace. It is a beautiful venue, facilities are nice and we practice our listening to the Dutch Music More instead. Not as easy day, but we trust in tomorrow!

English Willow Nurtured In India

Hello all, sorry for the accents
, c is much too complicated as keyboard!

We got home safely with all our stock yesterday after noon. S is all gone well, including little nap on the floor of the airport of Paris. 45 minutes after our arrival in Amsterdam, we were installed in our hotel not airconditioned and almost no window was 35 degrees outside al. C was a little warm at night ...

For dinner, we went on a mission . After 30 minutes of walking and being arrested by the police, we found the street of restaurants. Most farms were on a Saturday night ... The city is fairly quiet AC bike trip better. It s finally found a nice pub with a menu incomprehensible except for the word . She was very good. Unfortunately, the end of the meal is s place with a fairly intense storm forced us to go al hotel in the race and flip-flops. Very strong, you know. Soaking wet from head to toe, we were refreshed for our night's sleep.

11 hrs later, our awakening, the best breakfast of all world waiting for us. On the menu, everything, even something to make a sandwich was put in his pocket for dinner.

After several plates of breakfast (especially Fred, who had lunch with the guys and the girls), we left for the Dutch Water Dream, nicknamed the Water Park. The Americans compare it to Disneyland. This huge basin of water is shared by the rafters that s entail, kayaks, kayaks, Lugg, guts, swimmers and thousands of customers. We paddled a few heads of swimmers .. oops! We bought one hour at 75 euros for 2 hours finally pay toll. C is very strong, you know! Beautiful course, many possibilities, veins of water and many incredible fun. C is quite different from a tewks -2, especially with the commercial terms of the game, but still very nice. It has benefited from the site during the day and watch the different teams to practice. It was still sunny all day and it is hoped that this will remain so. we work our tan.

should do the same game plan tomorrow. The days of official practice begins Tuesday. We can not wait. D here, we leave you to listen to the match Netherlands vs. Spain. It would be moves to another team for the Netherlands ...

Send us good vibes!

Thanks to all our fans!

PS Helen is bored to your CANADA cry in our team, Maritza lack practice. Val, thank you for your advice, much appreciated at a distance. We apply the all!

How Long Should Pubic Be

Check for World Friday, July 9, 2010.

Again this year, you can follow the story of our adventures, adventures and achievements on our blog. It is of course the best way to reach as many people, without having to rewrite the same stories!

This year, the world held for the first time in the formula R4, ie only 4 paddlers in the boat. In addition, the event takes place in a large pool of concrete! Of course, it loses a bit of its charm but rather a very great challenge since this type of pool will be a first for us all.

Then we leave Friday, July 9 for the Netherlands. The 2010 team consists of Maritza Chiasson, Natacha Lavoie Amélie Bérubé, Marie-Anne Baker and Annie Bergevin. We will be accompanied of course our super coach JP Turcotte.

The competition schedule: July 13-14
: official training
July 15: Sprint and confrontations
July 16: Slalom
July 17: Downriver

We will mostly return July 20 to tell you in any person in this great adventure.
