to them to tell me that for the majority of the night was short, but for another reason, the child who is sick, the baby crying all night, the rains that have flooded the neighborhood ....

The day begins well, welcome to the real world, Victor!

Not much

Yes indeed, here a few times that I forsake my blog!

But I do not have much to post.

I'm still in the rainy season, which strangely did not as horrible as my memory told me so ....
"it will come" .... Cameroon said the wise!

France is far and my chip at the same time. But time flies happily.

I lock myself in the job, more than 50 hours / week at this time I was calculating recement; whole weeks of RTT and huge amounts of overtime paid (...) sob again once, France is far and 35 hours with her.

Still, this weekend I found time for a thinned to go take a dip in the waves of Limbe.

Custom Embroidered North Face Jackets

July 2: 3rd and last day!

6:30 ... the dial ring and he goes for the morning jog to wake up our little body begin to feel fatigue. Surprise, deserted by the river water since our arrival back to life. There is almost a wave surfing has created overnight. It awaits the verdict the special meeting of captains to know the section used for downriver. You say it's a bit last minute but the organizers wanted to put the odds on their side to offer us a real river for a world championship!

Well, their confidence has paid. The river rose 30 cm during the night. The vans take us to nearly 1.30 in the athletes' village in a section that few teams have seen yet. Since two weeks we are told it is not enough water to be runnee! At 10am we embark on the water for a 7km descent with classes 3-4 ... but the data are false ... there are 5 big rapids, several additional km, not all has enough water, avoid a lot of rocks, there is fatigue previous day (but no one dares say it out loud ...), and we do not bring food on the water! In short, it leaves the water to 13h with a hungry and incredibly good headache! The lunch hour is dedicated to warm, to put themselves in the shelter from the rain, making energy reserves, and try to remember the most rapid possible! Not easy to remember everything after a run!

We share in the wave of head with New Zealand and the Cheka. The river has risen by 30-40 cm compared to the descent of the morning. It is therefore the third was not our choice of departure corridor. The departure is launched and we are third but are below de tres tres pret! YES ... 2min 6 seconds! It retains 2nd place downhill . In the next wave, the United States even manage to beat the time of New Zealand which gives us the 2nd place overall in !

The boys are waiting for us to finish and it's mission accomplished !!!!! The smile is hanging on our lips, that of JP, the boys and everyone congratulated us! A medal ceremony in strong emotions ... A silver medal in the downhill plus a silver medal overall in! In short, what a beautiful world championship!! Then ... it's time for beer!!

The last party was memorable! We went to bed in the wee hours, but a tad maganees very satisfied!! Departure for Seoul in mid-day or the team the opportunity to shop before continuing majority in the plane on 4 in the morning. TM and Annie enjoy a few additional days in Seoul before returning July 9.

we hate to tell you all in person! Thank you for your support and see you soon!

Some pictures until you show them all ...

During the downriver, we see the new zealand behind us

first time ... 2nd place downhill

2nd overall!

How To Make Seaside Sarong On Webkinz -

Good ... the 2 day is supplemented ... Unfortunately, our position is not as good as yesterday. Our first run of slalom has been up late or were missing the mini drop on the left (like many teams in cons) and a pine in the rocks ... AC took a good minute and a half at least get out of! Not very fun when all eyes are unto thee because of the eve!
This drop was due in the day flips, swimmers, good ties, the Philippines as we .. etc.. So let's say that morale was low but ... we have re-enters the lunch hour, we analyze the videos and they made a second run with only 2 buttons of 11 gates and it goes well the bottom section (although Annie has spent close to swim!) Anyway, we are pretty happy with our run. We place the boat as we wanted .. accuracy but cost us our speed ... and we finished with a 7th place!
So after two days of racing, we are all the same 3rd place overall. For the descent of tomorrow, we start in waves of 3 boats ... we are in the wave of head so it will go fast, very fast ... our 2 opponents tomorrow, they broke into our sprint departures but we will be departing the less favorable then we will have to explode! We are ready and we will give everything!
Here are some photos from yesterday trouvbe sites named in the preceding message:
Final against NZ: Nice battle departing ... we keep the line!
quarterfinal against Great Britain! Our podium!!

Masterbate In Sleep Game

June 29: End of official practices

Sorry for the delay on blogging, not always easy to get computers when only 2 computers are available for 40 teams! And it has access to a keyboard Korean so sorry for the accents!

To resume the last 4 days, it was a mix of unknown turnaround and hard work! With the lack of water in the last week, many plans have BCD tries to be implemented by the organizing committee.

June 26: A meeting of the captains, they announce that they have unearthed a river to drive 6 hours with water and classes 3-4 to make the downriver ... WOW! we would travel by night to go there after evening doing sprints, a scouting, a downriver to come back and do the slalom the next day. Some teams have complained that it is not physically possible, some teams are afraid and ask for tour guides for the run of scooting (some teams are much smaller and have no chance to practice on such beautiful rivers as Quebec), some say they can not do anything here because it has Inje safe to come down here with all its rocks, blah blah blah ... In short, the organizers juggle crazy for us to offer a comparison that makes sense in that the principal is the region of comanditaire Inje or that we are unwilling to see us leave at 6 hours from here!

By evening, we moved to the village ATHLETES! WOW! This is the big luxury! The athletes village is really a holiday camp on the axis outdoor luxury! It has two small houses by our team with flags, food is excellent, there are swimming pool, soccer field, bar, convenience store, etc.! It was also a driver and translator for team ... very convenient!

June 27: So we leave politics aside and there is certainly the time trial (a race against the clock that determines the order of teams for the sprint confrontations) will take place here so we practice section repeatedly. For it to pass, they even removed a section of rocks in order to create a navigable channel to give you an idea. At the lunch menu, rice kichi (super spicy cabbage that is a traditional dish), spicy soup with fish, in short, nothing good for athletes who expend energy! Tomorrow, we return to our good old sandwiches for sure!

June 28! WOW IT IS RAINING !!!!!!! It is the joy in the village! C "is the practice of slalom. The section of river is very technical without retaining gate so imagine you with! Mark, the chief of competition, came up with a really great training course that requires agility and precision! We are in the game! We try various maneuvers, it is all on camera, and with all this rain, it might make a difference!!

By evening, we learned at the meeting Captains of the downriver to 6 hours away is not an option! Sponsors refuse! It was subsequently interviewed by ESPN. Annie is Mendata because everything is in English and 6 other girls are chickens in the raft behind her! The questions are kind of amazing ... What did you think when you saw the level of the river? Who will win? Who are the greatest! WE see! In short, we can not wait to see it!

June 29: As official day of practice and the downriver downriver is not officially fixed, we return to that section of train sprint pousuivre slalom on the river and continue up until the end of this section of river! chances whether the downriver so we have nothing to lose control it well! BUT GOOD NEWS ... THE river rose over a foot .... So high is the water! Not really, but all small rocks chiantes are missing!! The slalom yesterday while a challenge is made then we played without much loss of time because the posts are in the water!! Tonight was the opening ceremony with a parade in the town of Inje and then shows and speeches at the stage of Inje ... Stay Tuned!!

Presario V6000 Coprocessor

Day 8: La Playa

day off today, the last 4 guys come to join us. To take full advantage of our day rest, start to Sokcho: a city bordering the East Sea, which has 80 000 inhabitants about 50 km from the border with North Korea. The bus route speaks volumes about the political situation in the country with all the military bases that could be seen.

When we arrived, we discovered the markets along the water where the shellfish are in the spotlight. We begin to regret our first dinner of seafood and to put an image on the unidentified stuff that were in our base ... Yum!

After these surprising findings, we head towards Playa sy and go, we must take a ferry very special and we must take a cable with metal rods to the other side .... You can easily imagine the fun we had !!!!!

Delivered in Playa, we decided to dip the toes, but to our surprise, the waves are much more powerful than what we had imagined .... result: bikikis are either missing ... or filled with sand.

Before taking the bus por return to the hotel, we headed for the small commercent locals along the range that we can discover again and again ..... good look!

Hyper Sensitive To Cold

Day 7: Identifying potential lines ...
To continue the work of yesterday, we go down the same section with a little more seriously. The water level fell slightly .... but just enough for us to lift the buttocks a little higher!
Just before reaching the take out, Boubou had planned a little surprise: a workout that combines rafting and canoeing on ice .... we nicknamed the "raft-ice". In short, a raft of departure, an exit express boat, we lift the raft, it bypasses the rocks, we sailed back into the boat as efficiently as possible and we paddle to the starting point. It's great for team spirit and it makes the potatoes go to paraphrase another.
In the evening a BBQ was held for all interested teams. While our men decided to stay home, women put on their 36 other teams to intimidate or distract the men's teams, for the good of our favorite team. The team chemistry is installed, all put their hands in the dough to find the best prospects for single team, even an official of the international federation is ready to play in giving advice to small news. For now Brazil, Germany, Slovakia and the United States are at the forefront .... In short, a nice evening with Brazilian-flavored music and dance combined with a discovery of Korean beer.

Glory Hole Locations In Pa

Day 6: Discovery of the Fall "Club Med"

Plan A for the day was to go to the location in the section of downriver. To our surprise, the section is dry so the organizers have closed!

Plan B: We decide to get off the section including the monitoring of the slalom sprint because it is assumed that this could become the "downriver" between the rocks. In short, we have nothing to lose and this is the route of the 1001 rafting companies in the region. This section has a great potential with its many rocks incredible size but given the current level, the festival of "cups left" and "cups right "!!!! To give you an idea, it is the field of rocks Tewks to -3 but several miles!

However, at the entrance slalom, there is the high point of the descent, a nice drop that was nicknamed the "fall Club Med! We stayed an hour to take to the water slides, find natural spas, admire the superb work coréeens guides, watch Thorn Jp help them pick up the headset or raft guides (yes, here c is cooler to wear the belt strapped to the top of the helmet !!!).

We leave you with good pictures and symbols of our hard day's work!

And to finish this great day Club Med, Helene decides the restaurant for the evening! a real feast Korean. On the menu, pork on a rack with 10000 sides to really excellent! The restaurant is full of Koreans, which is a very good sign!

Hand Held Skip Bo Game

Day 5: Sprint rocks!

Hi everyone!

It's still sunny! the rain was short-lived!

First attempt to make the river down a plane section of the Down River, which is impossible because the section is not done by boat, just walk!

So we spend the morning on the section that will host the sprint, we observe crossings and especially rocks, it is even possible to walk to the center of the river to see the line well, so you can imagine the amount of water! But

Naerinchon River, annually hosts about 120,000 customers and they come to understand why. There is a constant flow of boats full of customers, guided by Koreans that guide worse than the worst rookies, I would even say it would be easy to find a better client is crazy. A true festival of "pine" Korean! Imagine, hundreds of boats caught in a pile rocks, it's fabulous!!

We spend the afternoon playing in water in the waterfalls near the "line 4" in Section sprint! and to grill under the hot sun of Korea! Gimme a Break!

What Does A Colorado Business License Look Like?

Day 4: First day of rain!

After a quiet morning, you prepare the final training intensity. Program, intervals on a lake near the city. We go walking in the rain .... Yippee!

In the midst of training, a scream paralyzes the team Amelie Annie literally throws himself with terror in their eyes! Valerie is whipped by Henry's face!

Henry: A huge creature with a mustache Korean sticky golden trying to jump into the boat or eat soul ....

Back home, it immediately goes in the shower history to remove the smell of fish and got ready for the food, the menu, spaghetti and ice cream .... everyone is happy and well satisfied especially .

Returen To Radioshack No Receipt

Day 3 This morning we were treated to a good Breakfast: bread with raisins and bananas ... to the delight of all.

Back at the hotel, it activates and we head to the park for a scéance drive ... they're going to make up!!

Having had experience mauviase yesterday, we decided to purchase a safe bet for lunch or dinner: pizza and cola ... Hooray!

From Korean for dinner?? Why not try again!

Result Breuker .... ... too spicy, bare plates and meat texture bouncing ball.

To end the evening in style, part of a fifth now banned in the late evening at least provide a long period of relaxation before bedtime!

International Hairdressers Colour Chart

Day 2: Exploration!
After being awaken at 10:00 by the boys cranked a bit (be the beat of race impossible to sleep !!!!)

We'll meet our interpreter Naria! practice because there has nothing to Korean!
first mission for the day to eat (as Helen slowly becomes grumpy !!!!:), on opte pour la bouffe coréenne pas niaisage on plonge dans le choc culturel

Code d'éthique

Moreover, we learned that last year the river overflowed after two days of rain, 800 mm of water and lots of havoc! So if it rains a little, it'll be PERFECT.

Because we have a driver for the day you decide to take the opportunity to visit the sites!! Nobody told us it would take all day. Korean minutes are long ... Finally

was still hungry and we chose the seafood!! As Amer said it tastes like the sea for real!

Like all typical meal here, they put everything in a large wok, and it dips into the bowl. It is served with small snacks, to taste rice and di!

For seafood we not talk about anything: Crabs, octopus, squid, shrimp, and indeterminate stuff in various textures, which is not the joy of everyone! but you have what it takes! " Oh yes, he cut with scissors before us a once cooked!!

Finally our experimental day, a little outing to the park to get the tentacles!

And everyone in dodo à 9h00 pour une première vraie nuit de sommeil réparatrice!!! wow!!!

Brother Mfc-9420 Check Toner %

8h30: Premiere vol vers Chicago... wow everyone is sleeping .. it flies a flight of 2:30!

10hoo (time chicago): Arrival and 2 hours waiting to eat (the second meal). Ahoy ... we are in states ... burgers are made enormous but it's good, it is unsafe not to eat for the next 13 hours!

12:00 (June 17): 2nd flight to Tokyo. 13 hours = 2 hot meals (ie 3rd and 4th), a snack of noodles, wine, 50 glasses of juice, 5 movies, a little sleep and knees well spondylitis.

15:00 (June 18): YEAH! The dreaded flight is a thing of past! But it is dead ... 2 hours of waiting they were going to sleep on the benches and floors of airport ... wow the horizontal position is really appreciated!! a chance that some have resisted because it would have missed our flight!

18.00 (June 18): Last flight from Tokyo to Seoul. An hour wait on the runway to take off and everyone is already asleep! Our 5th meal served to us!

21:00 (June 18): Arrive in Seoul!! All baggage therein, as our driver and we could understand absolutely nothing!!

22h00: Departure for a 3 hour mini van with a driver who speaks no English word. Our super coach JP tries to make the tour guide but the information seems a bit invented!

1:00 am (June 19): It is an hour late on the game plan of 40 hours! Result: the organizers are expecting a little tipsy us to tell us the news that our rooms were canceled because we could have 18 ... it excludes our watches tell us that yes! In short, there is another hotel ... and boom ... dodo!
