Last week we wanted to make a residence card from Steph and we are entangled in the Cameroonian administration.
To obtain a residence visa, proof of residence and work To do this, we need a multitude of documents all as useless as each other and as difficult to obtain.

That's when things get complicated. The commissioner said that the day after the deposit of our record, a new law passed in Cameroon which requires at least 6 months of having presence in Cameroon to qualify for the residency card. We have to go urgently to Yaounde to establish a new visa for three months, knowing full well that no visa is established on the Cameroonian Cameroonian soil .... much time, energy and palaver and therefore money lost in prespective.
This being said, the plan of Commissioner apar relatively clear, we do repeat the whole procedure Zero to eat the cost of our first feature, plus a few miles to help us to advance our free file.
After a visit to the French Consulate, we learned both that no law is passed in Cameroon recement about visa or residence permit and other than french only pay 200,000 CFA for their residence permit.
Our Commissioner had already eat and sleep CFAF 50,000 and was preparing to double the operation.
